Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FlowIQ document-generation service at docs.widocode.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
FlowIQ lets you create and manage document templates and generate finished documents (such as DOCX and PDF files) by merging your data into those templates. The Service may optionally integrate with your Google account to store and edit templates as Google Docs.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the templates, data, and documents you provide or generate (“Your Content”). You grant FlowIQ a limited licence to process, store, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Do not use the Service to generate content that is illegal or that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
5. Google integration
If you connect Google, your use of Google services is also subject to Google’s terms. FlowIQ only accesses the files it creates or that you open with it, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Google at any time to revoke this access.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, and we may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing every document the Service generates before relying on or distributing it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to the Service or others.
