FlowIQ

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 18 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FlowIQ (“FlowIQ”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our document-generation service at docs.widocode.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information we process

How we use information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your document content or Google data for advertising.

Google user data & API services

If you connect your Google account, FlowIQ requests a single, narrow OAuth permission:

We use this access solely to: upload a template you provide and convert it to a Google Doc you can edit; open that document in the embedded editor; and export it back to DOCX/PDF when you generate output. We store the resulting Google Doc identifier and your OAuth tokens (used to perform these actions on your behalf and to refresh access). We do not access, store, or transmit any other Drive content.

Limited Use disclosure. FlowIQ’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the Service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; we do not use it for advertising; and we do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security, to comply with law, or where the data is aggregated and anonymized.

Storage and sharing

Your data is stored with our infrastructure and hosting providers solely to operate the Service. We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. We do not sell or rent your data.

Data retention

We retain your templates, generated documents, and associated identifiers for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data, and disconnecting Google revokes our access tokens.

Your choices

Security

Access to the Service is authenticated, traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, and OAuth tokens are stored to allow only the permitted, per-file Google operations described above. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
